Steve Cecchetti
Treasurer
Steve Cecchetti, MBA, is a retired executive that spent the last 25 years working and fundraising for various local, national, and international ministries and charities. His most recent assignment was with Lutheran Services Florida where he managed the Orlando refugee resettlement office. Steve was responsible for assimilating these African and the Middle Eastern families into their new American surroundings by finding them housing, medical assistance, food, clothing, schooling and jobs.

Kelly Morrow is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Certified Crime Analyst, currently serving as the Florida Crime Intelligence Analyst Association (FCIAA) Secretary.

My role at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) gives me the opportunity to utilize my diverse insurance industry experience and knowledge while continuing to work closely with Physicians and other Healthcare Professionals along side a highly skilled team.

Ursula Remy
Board Member
Ursula earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice degree from the University of Central Florida. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Florida A&M College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Ursula graded on to her college’s Law Review Journal, and also participated as a co-arbiter for the journal’s 2015 Spring Student Showcase. Additionally, she served as a research assistant during her last year in law school.
Ursula is now an associate at a local defense law firm in Orlando office. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching faith formation classes at her church and volunteering as a GAL for Orange County.

As Senior Vice President, Professional Services, Jim Ferruzzi is responsible for the delivery and execution of comprehensive consulting and career management assignments including executive coaching, organizational diagnostics and change management. He draws on more than 20 years of leadership and executive development experience across a broad range of industries including banking, city government and hospitality services.
