RePiece, Inc. is an innovative social enterprise that embraces the belief that all people and things have value. Our business repurposes discarded items into valuable treasures that are sold at various outlets in the community. We see this concept as the cornerstone of our program—always connecting potential with purpose. We serve people who face barriers to employment such as prior incarceration, significant gaps in work history, those who are in recovery, or those who have experienced episodes of homelessness. 

Our approach is to support each individual we serve by respecting their journey and recognizing the strengths they have developed along the way. Through a collaborative assessment, we create a unique plan to reach career and life goals. Our coaching and mentoring continues beyond resume building and the job search to address both internal and external challenges. By creating positive networks of support, we further enhance one’s capacity for success. Ultimately, as our social enterprise expands we will use open hiring practices to employ people in our business.
